of efficiently and conveniently disseminating information on businesses that are disqualified from receiving
solicitations or awards of contracts by the State of South Carolina, pursuant to the provisions of Sections
11-35-310(14)&(34) and 11-35-4220 and of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Disqualification does not
affect pre-existing contractual relationships.

Each entry identifies the name of the disqualified business and the duration of the disqualification. Details
are provided in the administrative decision associated with each entry.
