Counsel attends all administrative hearings held by the Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs). In addition, counsel provides primary legal support for the Board's contract and procurement related offices, specifically, the Information Technology Management Office and the Materials Management Office (including its Office of State Engineer and State Procurement Office).
