    Procurements subject to the Procurement Code are also governed by procurement regulations promulgated by the South Carolina Budget and Control Board. These regulations are published in the South Carolina Code of Regulations and available on-line at the following address:

    CPO HEARING PAMPHLET: This brochure is intended to give the public a general outline of how the CPO's typically handle the administrative review of a protest. (The brochure does not address hearings regarding a contract controversy, but the hearings are - in large measure - similar.)The brochure is issued for informational purposes only. Nothing in the brochure shall be construed to bind the Chief Procurement Officers as to any practice described therein.

    Versions: This document is available in both MSWord and in Adobe Portable Document Format. The PDF avoids formatting differences between printers, but the MSWord is clearer.

    Printing Instructions: Print this document to 8 1/2" x 14" paper using "landscape" orientation. Preferably, print on both sides, flipping on the short edge.
