Materials Management - SCEIS Introduction

Welcome to the State of South Carolina's new Enterprise Information System! For all our first time visitors, please see the information below on how to:

1. become a registered vendor with South Carolina, and
2. take advantage of all the potential bidding opportunities that the Budget & Control Board's centralized procurement offices have to offer.

On November 5, 2007, the State of South Carolina will "go live" with a new procurement system under the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) sponsorship.

This system is your gateway to electronic business with South Carolina State Government and serves as a "one-stop shop" for:

1. viewing and responding to current Materials Management Office (MMO) and Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) procurements,
2. managing your company's account information, and
3. accessing other collaborative functions, such as online bidding.

All vendors, regardless of registration status, are required to complete the electronic registration process in order to respond to or be awarded a contract in response to a solicitation. Please click here for registration information.
